Co-Managing Member
Thomas Wagner is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member of Knighthead and is responsible for the co-management of all assets and investment decisions for Knighthead’s portfolio and clients. Mr. Wagner serves as the Board Chair of Knighthead Holdings (Knighthead Annuity & Life Assurance Company), Board Chair of Birmingham City Football Club Limited, Board Chair of Trinity Cyber Inc., Vice Chair of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. and Board Member of Singer Group Inc. Mr. Wagner also serves as a Board Member of the Navy SEAL Foundation (where he and his wife are on the National Leadership Council) and on the National Advisory Board for Youth Inc. Mr. Wagner served for ten years on the Board of Trustees at Villanova University where he continues to serve on the Investment Committee. Prior to Knighthead’s founding in 2008, Mr. Wagner was employed by Goldman, Sachs & Co. (“Goldman”) as a managing director running the Distressed and High Yield Credit Trading desks. He also co- managed the firm’s Capital Structure Franchise Trading desk which combined the trading of credit and equity products issued by non-investment grade companies. Prior to joining Goldman in 2000, he worked at Credit Suisse First Boston (“CSFB”) as a high yield trader and special situations desk analyst. Before CSFB, Mr. Wagner worked for 5 years at Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Wagner graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and graduated Beta Gamma Sigma from Columbia Business School.

Ara Cohen is a Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member of Knighthead. Mr. Cohen has been involved in the business of investing in debt and equity securities since 1993. Prior to co-founding Knighthead in 2008, Mr. Cohen joined Redwood Capital Management, LLC as a Principal in early 2001 and helped build the firm from a small start-up to a multi-billion-dollar platform. From 1998 until 2001, Mr. Cohen was a Principal of King Street Capital Management LLC. From 1995 until 1998, Mr. Cohen was a Principal of Tamarix Capital Corporation. Mr. Cohen began his career in 1993 at Brown Brothers Harriman & Company, where he served principally as an analyst for The 1818 Fund, L.P. and The 1818 Fund II., two private equity partnerships sponsored by the firm. Mr. Cohen currently serves on the Board of the Professional Fighters League, LLC and Palm Beach Synagogue. Mr. Cohen received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Bowdoin College.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Shannahan spent six years working as a senior research analyst for Litespeed Partners, an event-driven hedge fund. At Litespeed, Mr. Shannahan concentrated on special situation opportunities including bankruptcies, recapitalizations, liquidations, spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions, distressed debt and post-reorganization equity situations. Mr. Shannahan’s work covered a wide range of industries including Energy, Automotive, Transportation and Metals. Mr. Shannahan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bowhunter Holdings, LLC, ATI Physical Therapy, Hertz Global Holdings and Birmingham City Football Club. Mr. Shannahan earned a BA degree in Economics and Operations Research from Columbia University.

Prior to joining Knighthead in 2012, Mr. Zirkin was most recently Vice President and Director of Investments at Harbinger Capital Partners, LP where he was responsible for investments in the energy, chemicals, transportation, and packaging sectors. Prior to joining Harbinger in 2007, he was Head of Research at Libertas Partners, a boutique broker-dealer focused on distressed and special situations debt and equity. Mr. Zirkin began his career at RBC Capital Markets in 2001, where he worked as an analyst and salesperson in the firm’s High Yield group, covering the transportation, telecommunications, and media sectors. In addition to public securities analysis, Mr. Zirkin has worked on several public and private capital markets transactions spanning a wide array of industries. Mr. Zirkin currently is Chairman of the Board of Wheels Up Experience, Inc. and serves on the Board of The Dror for the Wounded Foundation and He earned a BA degree, cum laude, in Biochemistry from Brandeis University, where he also studied philosophy.

Ms. Torrado joined Knighthead at its launch in 2008 and is responsible for implementing and supervising all of the Company’s legal and compliance policies and procedures, as well as providing legal analysis on various legal and business matters for the firm’s investment portfolio. Prior to joining Knighthead, Ms. Torrado was a Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in the High Yield/Special Situations Department where she performed the dual role of legal advisor for the distressed debt/high yield trading desk and global head of loan settlement. In her role as legal advisor, Ms. Torrado counseled the distressed/high yield group on the structure of transactions, bankruptcy and securities issues, settlement issues and post-restructuring issues. Ms. Torrado supervised the settlement of all syndicated and bi-lateral loans, trade claims and other private instruments for all divisions, including, distressed loans, par loans, derivatives and emerging markets. She was also a founding member of the Bear Stearns Women’s Network. Before joining Bear Stearns in 1997, Ms. Torrado was an associate in the Bankruptcy Reorganization/Claims Trading Department at Robinson Silverman Peace Aronson & Berman, LLP, NKA Bryan Cave, where she represented and advised investment and commercial banks and hedge funds that invest in debt obligations and securities of financially distressed companies as well as creditors’ committees, unsecured creditors and debtors in all aspects of Chapter 11 cases.Ms. Torrado graduated from Albright College with a BA in Political Science/French and received her JD from New York Law School.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Friedberg spent nearly three years at Ernst & Young, LLP, in the firm’s asset management practice providing audit and advisory services to investment funds and investment fund administrators. Before Ernst & Young, Mr. Friedberg was an associate in the alternative investments group at Marcum LLP, where he provided audit services for investment partnerships. Mr. Friedberg received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Hofstra University. Mr. Friedberg is registered as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Prior to joining Knighthead in 2022, Tom was Founder and Managing Partner of Muinin Partners, a capital advisory firm. Prior to Muinin in 2020, he was a Partner at Riverstone Holdings and founding head of the Family Capital Group. Prior to joining Riverstone in 2017, he was a Managing Director at Roundtable Investment Partners in New York as well as the Chief Client Officer, Co-head of the investment management business and a member of the firm’s operating committee. Prior to Roundtable in 2012, he spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch in their private banking platforms. Tom recently stepped down as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Proctor Academy and is a member of Boston College’s Wall Street Council. Tom graduated from Boston College with a BA in Economics and from New York University, Stern School of Business with a MBA.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Cantor spent nine years with Davidson Kempner Capital Management, LLC, a multi-strategy hedge fund, where he followed a variety of sectors in distressed credit, special situations and real estate investments. Mr. Cantor began his career as an analyst at Lazard, an investment bank, covering real estate. Mr. Cantor currently serves on the boards of Million Air Holdings LLC, Bowhunter Holdings, LLC, and Wheels Up Experience Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Brown University.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Kneisly spent seven years at Farmstead Capital Management, where he focused on distressed credit and special situations investments. Prior to Farmstead, Mr. Kneisly was an Associate on the mergers and acquisitions and restructuring advisory teams at Perella Weinberg Partners. Mr. Kneisly received a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Grow spent four years as a distressed and special situations analyst at HBK Asset Management (“HBK”). Prior to HBK, he spent two years at Column Park Asset Management, LP and nearly three years with Macquarie Group as an investment analyst. Mr. Grow graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor in Finance.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Tieu spent nearly six years in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group and was most recently a Vice President. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Tieu was an Associate at BlackRock’s US Private Credit Group focusing on performing credits and special situation credit opportunities. Mr. Tieu earned a B.A. in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, at the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated with distinction as an Ivey Scholar.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Lakhotia spent two years at Clayton Dubilier & Rice (“CDR”) focused on large-cap industrial private equity buyouts. Prior to CDR, Mr. Lakhotia spent three at the Financial Sponsors Group at Bank of America’s Investment Banking Division. Mr. Lakhotia graduated from NYU Stern Business School with a Bachelors in Finance and Data Science.

Mr. Alvarez has specialized in the entertainment and sports industries over the course of his career. Mr. Alvarez was most recently President of Production of Broadgreen Pictures. Prior to joining Broadgreen, Matt held similar positions at Relativity Media and New Line Cinema. Mr. Alvarez has had many of his films enjoy commercial and critical success including, but not limited to Straight Outta Compton, Ride Along 1 & 2, Barbershop 1 & 2 and Beyond the Lights. In addition to his media experience, Mr. Alvarez was also awarded an MLS (Major League Soccer) franchise in Sacramento and launched the successful NWSL soccer team, the San Diego Wave FC, of which he remains a part owner . Mr. Alvarez currently serves on the Board of Directors of Birmingham City Football Club and Competitive Socializing Group.

Prior to being promoted to the role of Senior Trader in 2014, Mr. Anikst was an effective Senior Analyst at Knighthead since March of 2011. Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Anikst spent nearly three years with York Capital, a several billion dollar, multi-strategy hedge fund, where he followed a variety of sectors and special situations for the distressed credit/special situations group. Prior to his time at York, Mr. Anikst worked in the Distressed, Special-Situations and High Yield group at Morgan Stanley from 2000 to 2008, covering the larger bankruptcies in the telecom/media/technology space. Mr. Anikst started his career as a management consultant with Orion Consultants, where he headed the company’s High Yield and Distressed research project. Mr. Anikst earned his BA degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Wright spent nearly three years in the Leveraged Finance group at MetLife Investment Management. In this role, he supported traders and portfolio managers of several High Yield and Leveraged Loan strategies for the firm’s institutional clients. Prior to joining Knighthead in 2013, Mr. Daniel was the Principal and Founder of Silo Financial Corp., a private equity-based real estate finance company formed in 2001. Throughout his career, Mr. Daniel has sourced, originated, placed and serviced, in aggregate, over $3B of commercial mortgages. Mr. Daniel has developed innovative deal structures for a diverse range of commercial property owners and created long-term relationships with mortgage brokers, attorneys, as well as real estate developers and investors. In 2010, Mr. Daniel testified in front of the House Financial Services Committee regarding alternatives for promoting liquidity in commercial real estate markets, supporting small businesses and increasing job growth. Mr. Daniel is a graduate of Syracuse University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Prior to joining Knighthead Funding, Mr. Boeckmann was a Director with True North Management Group, a $1B private equity firm focused on distressed/opportunistic real estate investments. While at True North, Mr. Boeckmann acquired/asset managed approximately $220MM in investment properties throughout the United States. Prior to True North, Mr. Boeckmann was a Senior Loan Originator with TD Bank where he developed a $400MM portfolio of real estate loans secured by a variety of property types including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hotel and mixed use assets. Mr. Boeckmann began his lending career in the CMBS group at Bear Stearns and his real estate career as an appraiser with his family’s business. Mr. Boeckmann earned an AB in Economics from Bowdoin College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Prior to joining Knighthead Funding, Mr. Illuzzi was an Associate at Centennial Bank, where he focused on credit analysis for over $500MM in acquisition, construction and recapitalization financing transactions on properties nationwide. Prior to Centennial, Mr. Illuzzi provided advisory services and sold commercial real estate debt and properties in the capital markets division of Auction.com/Ten-X. Mr. Illuzzi began his career at BlackRock, specializing in fixed income trading analytics. Mr. Illuzzi earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University.

Prior to joining Knighthead Funding, Ms. Wiggins was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group where she provided bridge loans, stretch senior construction loans, and special situation loans for real estate property types including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hotel, mixed-use, land, and billboards. Prior to that she worked at J.P. Morgan providing senior and mezzanine real estate acquisition and construction loans. Ms. Wiggins graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business and earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Prior to joining Knighthead Funding, Mr. Mullane held positions at 3P Equity Capital as Director of Investments and Stormharbour Securities as a Director in Originations. John has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career as a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Ark Asset Management, where he covered the Homebuilders, REITs, and Machinery sectors. In 2009, John joined Procida Funding & Advisors, where he spent 8 years as Head of Underwriting for the firm’s private real estate debt fund. While at Procida, John closed and managed over $500mm in transactions. Mr. Mullane holds an MBA from Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Rhode Island.

Prior to joining Knighthead Funding, Ms. Xiao was an Associate at Geneva Worldwide, Inc. in their financial analysis and accounting group. Eileen Xiao is a senior Associate assisting in loan originations, asset management and financial analysis at Knighthead Funding, LLC. Ms. Xiao graduated Cum Laude from Queens College with a BA in Accounting and Finance. Ms. Xiao is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Fuzhounese).

Mr. Kelly began his career at Knighthead Funding, LLC. He is an Associate in loan originations, asset management, and financial analysis. Brian most recently earned a Certificate of Graduate Study from the University of Vermont’s Grossman School of Business. Mr. Kelly received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Finance at the University of Vermont’s Grossman School of Business. He was a member of the Division 1 Men’s Ice Hockey team (NCAA).

Prior to joining Knighthead Funding, Mr. Marraccini held various internship roles at Simone Development Companies where he found his passion for real estate and specialized in leasing, asset management, and development. Mr. Marraccini is a dedicated young real estate professional with a Master of Science in Real Estate, Finance, and Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. Before completing his master’s degree, Mr. Marraccini earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Wagner was a senior trader with the High Yield/Distressed group at BGC Partners, a leading financial brokerage company servicing clients globally across both the financial and real estate markets. Prior to joining BGC, Mr. Wagner worked as a senior trader for Tullett Prebon, while simultaneously managing trade dispute and settlement reconciliation for the entire High Yield/Distressed group. Mr. Wagner began his career in the capital markets at Chapdelaine Corporate Securities as a trader for the High Yield & Distressed group. Mr. Wagner received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Ms. Sweeney was a senior accountant for nearly three years at Ernst & Young, LLP, in the firm’s real estate practice providing audit services to various real estate investment firms. Ms. Sweeney received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. Ms. Sweeney was part of the Knighthead operations team as a senior accountant and assistant controller for seven years.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Ms. Tillmann began her career in Investor Relations at Junto Capital Management. Before Junto, Ms. Tillmann worked as a Paid Media Associate at Dow Jones. Ms. Tillmann earned a BA in Psychological Science and Religious Studies from Colgate University.

Ms. Nociforo began her career at Knighthead Capital Management, LLC. Ms. Nociforo received a BA in Business Economics from SUNY Cortland. She started at the company in an administrative position and grew into a dual function role that encompasses both compliance and administrative duties. Recently, Ms. Nociforo transitioned into a new role as a Capital Formation Associate within Investor Relations.

Prior to joining Knighthead Funding, Ms. Brown was a Partner in the Stamford office of Shipman & Goodwin LLP where she was a member of the Firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Financing practice groups. At her prior Firm, she represented lenders and borrowers in real estate financing and commercial and residential real estate development transactions. She has extensive experience handling complex matters involving distressed real property assets, workouts, and foreclosures. In addition, Ms. Brown has been involved in large-scale acquisitions for real estate development projects, including mixed-use residential housing and shopping centers. Ms. Brown has also represented landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, as well as buyers and sellers in connection with their high-end residential transactions. Ms. Brown joined Knighthead Funding, LLC in 2019 and is responsible for providing legal advice on matters for the company’s commercial real estate lending platform. Ms. Brown holds B.A.s in English and Political Science from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Brown served as the Editor-in-Chief of Richmond Journal of Global Law & Business and was a member of the Executive Committee of the Moot Court Board.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Shapos was an M&A associate in the New York office of Milbank LLP. Before joining Milbank, he was an associate in the finance and restructuring group in the New York office of Paul Hastings LLP. Mr. Shapos began his career as a structured finance associate in the New York office of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona, and a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was a Heyman Scholar and Dean’s Merit Scholar.

Prior to joining Knighthead Funding, Ms. Basile was an Associate Attorney at Olive Tree Holdings where she assisted the General Counsel in all legal matters for the company, including the acquisition, disposition and financing of multifamily properties across the United States. Ms. Basile is a graduate of Providence College where she received a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Political Science. She received a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where she was an Executive Note Editor on the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Callan was a private funds legal assistant in the New York office of Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP. During his time at Debevoise, he worked across multiple clients involved in various private equity funds strategies, along with working closely on sell-side secondaries. Mr. Callan received a B.A. (Summa Cum Laude) in Political Science from SUNY Potsdam.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Flood was a senior accountant at Aladdin Capital Holdings LLC, an investment management firm that specializes in asset backed securities and collateralized loan obligations. Mr. Flood spent three years at Ernst & Young, LLP, in the firm’s asset management practice providing audit and advisory services to investment funds. Mr. Flood received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Syracuse University. Mr. Flood is registered as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Valentino spent two years with Solar Capital Management, LLC, an alternative asset manager, where he was an accountant for their BDCs and private credit funds. Mr. Valentino began his career with Zurich Life Assurance plc. in Dublin, Ireland, where he worked in investment accounting and corporate pensions. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University College Dublin.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Mr. Reich was an assurance senior manager at Ernst & Young LLP in their Wealth and Asset Management practice. During his thirteen-year tenure at EY, he provided audit services to a diverse range of asset management firms. Mr. Reich graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing, and a master’s degree in accounting from Tulane University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York.

Before joining Knighthead Funding, Mr. Karlan was the Assistant Controller at MFA Financial, a publicly traded REIT specializing in residential mortgage assets. Prior to his tenure at MFA Financial, Mr. Karlan spent six years to Ernst & Young, LLP, where he provided audit and advisory services to various real estate investment firms. Mr. Karlan earned a BS in Business & Economics and a MS in Accounting from Rhodes College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant registered in the State of New York.
Tax Accountant
Prior to joining Knighthead, Ms. Putnam was a Tax Associate within the Multi Family Office at Geller in New York serving High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals. Ms. Putnam began her career at Ernst & Young LLP where she spent nearly two years focused on Financial Service clients in the New York Private Client Service and Wealth and Asset Management practices. Ms. Putnam received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance Analytics and Master of Science in Accounting from the Jack Welch College of Business and Technology at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.
Senior Accountant
Before joining Knighthead, Ravi spent two years at Bridgewater, a global macro multi strategy hedge fund, working in the Back Office as an Operations Accountant. In this role, he reviewed NAV packages to ensure portfolios values were accurate and reviewed pricing for various securities to understand portfolio impact. Prior to Bridgewater Ravi was at KPMG as an auditor, working in the asset management practice. This included reviewing financials for hedge funds, analyzing various accounts for material changes and confirming year-end balances. Prior to entering the asset management sector, Ravi worked in various other firms as a financial accountant, assisting in day-to-day accounting functions and month end close. Mr. Ramkishun earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from York College.

After graduating from college, Ms. Lursen began her career at Knighthead Capital Management, LLC. She started in an administrative role, transitioned to the Operations team, and is now a Senior Accountant. She earned a BA at St. Joseph’s University and an MBA in Finance at Stony Brook University.
Fund Accountant
Prior to joining Knighthead, Ms. Carlson was an Assurance Senior in the Wealth and Asset Management practice at Ernst & Young, LLP. During her time at EY, she worked extensively with hedge fund and private equity managers, providing audit and advisory services for New York and Connecticut organizations. She then transitioned to the Technology Risk Consulting service line within EY, assisting the audit team to value and ensure the integrity, reliability, and security of financial information systems of business institutions. Ms. Carlson received a Bachelor of Science in 2018 from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield CT and a Master in Professional Accounting from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield CT.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Peter was managing a Client Service/Operations team at BNY Mellon, providing support to one of their biggest clients, Bridgewater Associates, in areas that included Reconciliations, Monthly NAV process, Account Events, Client Reporting and Requests, as well as other areas. Prior to BNY Mellon, he worked as a Supervisor in the Portfolio Accounting Dept. at Bridgewater Associates for 4 years. Prior to Bridgewater, Peter worked at UBS and Citigroup Asset Management in Stamford, CT. He earned his MBA in Finance from UConn, as well as BBA degree from PACE University.
Senior Operation Manager
Prior to joining Knighthead Funding, Mr. Patel served as a Vice President and Manager for commercial real estate loan administration at Israel Discount Bank of New York. He also held previous roles as a construction administrator, wire room manager, and AVP/manager of commercial loan operations at TD Bank (f/k/a Hudson United Bank). Niraj Patel serves as Senior Operations Manager for Knighthead Funding, LLC, and its affiliates. He brings over 20 years of experience in loan operations, portfolio administration, reconciliation, compliance, and loan related customer service. Mr. Patel graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in Accounting.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Ms. Ciano was a Staff Accountant at Triseacht Management Services, LLC. For three consecutive summers, Ms. Ciano was a wealth management intern at Kolinsky Wealth Management, LLC. She received a bachelor’s degree at Marist College and was both a member and captain of the Division 1 Women’s Tennis Team (NCAA). Ms. Ciano began her career at Knighthead joining the operations team for the management company.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Ms. Creed was a Vice President on the Human Resources team at Oak Hill Advisors (OHA), a leading alternative investment firm specializing in credit.Prior to joining OHA, Ms. Creed held positions on the Human Resources team at Assured Investment Management (formerly BlueMountain Capital Management) over the course of eight years, where she most recently served asan HR Business Partner. Ms. Creed earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Providence College.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Ms. Wojnar was the top Operations Manager at a global corporate events company, Terrapinn Holdings Ltd., where she worked within the back-end operations for many corporate conferences across the country. Prior to starting her most current role at Knighthead as an Executive Assistant, Ms. Wojnar served as an Administrative Assistant on the Knighthead team. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and Cinema and Media Studies.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Ms. Diaz was an executive assistant at Comvest Partners, a private equity and credit investment firm supporting a managing director and principal. Prior to joining the financial industry, Ms. Diaz worked in the franchising industry as a trainer on the sales team and direct support to the Director of Sales. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from DeVry University.

Prior to joining Knighthead Funding, Ms. Chimblo was the Administrative Manager for the acquisition and leasing departments at Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust that primarily invested in shopping centers in the tri-state area. The company was merged with Regency Centers Corporation in August 2023. Ms. Chimblo earned an AGS from Manhattan College.

Prior to joining Knighthead, Lyndsey was a Residential Real Estate Agent for five years, servicing New York City. She graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in Communications and Theatre.
